The amazing Alexander Wang has just been
confirmed as the new guest designer for H&M. You better start saving the cash,
because you don't want to miss this. The collection will be unveiled on
November 6 and judging by the videos on the brand's official Instagram account,
there will be an ALEXANDER WANG x H&M event today, during the Coachella Festival,
with performances by Major Lazer, Iggy Azalea, The New Classic, Just Blaze,
Jesse Marco.
The news have been confirmed by both
parties, so there is no doubt that this is really happening. Wang released this statement just a few
hours ago: "I am honoured to be a part of H&M's designer
collaborations. The work with their team is an exciting, fun process. They are
very open to pushing boundaries and to set a platform for creativity. This will
be a great way for a wider audience to experience elements of the Alexander
Wang brand and lifestyle."
H&M's creative advisor added that
"Alexander Wang is one of the most important voices in fashion today. He
understands exactly what people want to wear and does it with an energy and
passion that's infectious. It feels incredible to be collaborating with him
this year."
