Lady Gaga wears Maison Martin Margiela Couture in her new video

So, I'm sure you've seen Lady Gaga's new video, Applause, by now. As usual, regular does not come in mind when thinking about her or describing her outfits. While I was watching said new video, I couldn't help but notice the striking clothes and accessories, but the one that blew my mind was the green, white and black embelished jacket. 

I instantly knew where I had seen it and I thought it would be nice to let you guys know too (that is if you aren't already a fan of the brand, which would mean you've already recognized it as well). Well, it wears the signature of none other that Maison Martin Margiela and it's from the Fall 2013 Couture collection. 

The weird thing is that just a week ago I posted this photo of a Margiela look on the blog's Facebook page and you can actually see the outfit that has this jacket in the corner of that photo. Freaky coincidence, I know!

Maison Martin Margiela x H&M Lookbook

And here it is, one of the most anticipated collaborations of 2012, Maison Martin Margiela for H&M. After seeing the preview photos all over the internet a few days ago, I was dying for the lookbook to appear. I must say, although this is probably the collaboration that shocked me the most, I really was expecting it to be the greatest so far, since I've always been a fan of MMM. 

I absolutely adore the shoes, the coats, jackets and the accessories (how cool is the glove shoulder bag?!), I'm not really a fan of what they came up with regarding the clothes. The do have the Margiela touch, but I'm positive that they could have done much, much better than this. 

My intention is not to offend the collection or those who like it, I believe that sometimes, fashion really is a matter of taste.

I don't know about you, but for me it's a dream come true! Affordable Maison Martin Margiela clothes and accessories! Yes, it's been confirmed, the French fashion house is collaborating with H&M for the A/W 2012 season. 

The collection comes out on November 15, both online and in over 230 stores around the world, so brace yourselves!
