Best Dresses at the 2013 Emmys

I have to say I am very excited about this post, because it has been a while since I have seen so many gorgeous dresses at an awards ceremony. And since I could not decide which gowns I like more, I figured a "Top 10" would not suffice, so I made a selection based on colors or prints. 

This kind of top is new for me, so I hope most of you like it. For details on the actresses and the designers they wore go to the blog's Facebook page, where I updated every outfit as soon as the celebrities hit the red carpet. Oh, and for better quality photos, just click on the photo.

Lady Gaga wears Maison Martin Margiela Couture in her new video

So, I'm sure you've seen Lady Gaga's new video, Applause, by now. As usual, regular does not come in mind when thinking about her or describing her outfits. While I was watching said new video, I couldn't help but notice the striking clothes and accessories, but the one that blew my mind was the green, white and black embelished jacket. 

I instantly knew where I had seen it and I thought it would be nice to let you guys know too (that is if you aren't already a fan of the brand, which would mean you've already recognized it as well). Well, it wears the signature of none other that Maison Martin Margiela and it's from the Fall 2013 Couture collection. 

The weird thing is that just a week ago I posted this photo of a Margiela look on the blog's Facebook page and you can actually see the outfit that has this jacket in the corner of that photo. Freaky coincidence, I know!

Music meets high-fashion, Daft Punk meet Carine Roitfeld and Milla Jovovich

The Daft Punk guys are making quite the comeback. And they're more stylish than ever. The famous electronic duo has graced the pages of many magazines this year, clad in their brand new and sparkly Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane suits, proving they have that French fashion style within them. 

After a few photos taken by Mathieu César appeared in May in a digital spread of Carine Roitfeld's fashion magazine, CR Fashion Book, we now have the chance to peek at another set from the same photoshoot.  But there’s nothing boring about them, even if you can clearly tell the background is the same. The new snaps feature a very glamorous Milla Jovovich, also dressed in Saint Laurent (shocker!).
